William “Will” France is the owner and operator of a 3rd generation Oil Field Service company for over 20+ years. Will has a remarkable oil and gas legacy spanning across Thibodaux, Lousiana all the way to the Permian Basin in Texas. Will uses his wisdom in the industry to help navigate OBX and its partners to new deals and global trades. His strategic foresight has positioned OBX in the hydrocarbon markets with operational excellence and has developed relationship with major oil companies.

Currently, Will oversees all in field operations and well development across West Texas, where he manages logistics and supply chains of crude and refined petroleum products.

Paul brings 20+ years of finance leadership, driving revenue, efficiency, and complex transactions for venture‑backed, private equity, and public companies. He works with CEOs, boards, and investors in SaaS, eCommerce, manufacturing and distribution, and environmental services to align finance with strategy and increase valuation.

He has led more than $200M in debt and equity financings, supported $400M+ in M&A, and guided companies from early stage to market leaders. His toolkit blends FP&A, capital planning, investor relations, and day‑to‑day improvements for durable performance.

Serving as an interim and fractional CFO, Paul strengthens teams, sets reliable controls, and drives profitability—raising gross margins, improving key SaaS measures, and moving firms from breakeven to EBITDA‑positive while preparing for fundraising, M&A, or IPO.

Peter is a platform architect and intelligence data specialist with a distinguished record leading national-level analytics for the U.S. Army and the National Security Agency. His career spans advanced intelligence operations, strategic modeling, and decision support for government and enterprise leaders.

He has advised heads of government on early-warning systems, national risk posture, and predictive analysis frameworks. In the private sector, he spent more than eight years guiding CEOs and boards with model‑driven strategy, serving in CEO, COO, and CDO roles. A specialist in complex systems design, he has built threat‑intelligence platforms, led multidisciplinary engineering teams, and delivered decision frameworks for high‑risk environments.

Peter is the principal architect of the OWX Platform and its intelligence systems, applying a compliance‑first, anti‑fraud, custody‑verification approach that links real‑world events to trustworthy, digitally settled transactions for OBX. His method drives transparency, validated data integrity, and secure execution across global trade and energy‑market settlement.

Emilio is a Silicon Valley systems engineer and architect with 40+ years of impact, Emilio contributed to major product ecosystems at Google, Adobe, and CICTV—the interactive media platform that informed Netflix’s evolution.

He has led embedded, real‑time, and distributed engineering across commercial, telecom, media delivery, and defense. At CICTV, Slash Active Video, PowerTV (Thomson), LSI Logic, and SiRF, he directed cross‑functional teams delivering high‑performance, mission‑critical systems.

Drawing on U.S. Defense and Intelligence work, he brings deep architecture expertise, security‑first practice, and operational discipline—pillars of OWX, the Open Water Exchange. He ensures integrity, performance, and regulatory fit for asset tracking, custody checks, anti‑fraud, and secure settlement.

As OWX Head of Software, he leads vision, execution, and integration across global trade and analytics, reshaping how real‑world assets are verified, valued, and exchanged.

Harrison is an entrepreneurial legal professional and executive with over thirty years of experience in energy, technologies, media and start-ups.

Most recently, he was part of the core founding-management team behind Sky Quarry Inc., an environmental remediation and recycling venture that began trading on NASDAQ in 2025, which started with an oil-sands extraction facility in Utah which recycles rooftop shingles and further processes the oil from the same in the company’s refining facilities in Nevada.  This has been Mr. Kordestani’s training ground and the impetus for his involvement with OBX, its principals and technologies.

Mr. Kordestani is a member of the bars of the states of California and Maryland, the United States District Courts, and the U.S. Tax Court, as well as having been a guest lecturer at the Tisch School at the New York University, and Chapman University in Southern California.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, his J.D. from California Western School of Law, his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, and most recently attended the Oxford University’s Saïd School of Business and the Smith School for Enterprise and Environment’s Climate Emergency Leadership Programme.
